Federal Tool & Engineering was established in 1925.  Through the years, Federal has been able to grow by effectively meeting the needs of a diverse customer base with equally diverse capabilities.

Initially a tool & die shop founded by the Beverung family, Federal has developed a full compliment of capabilities in tool design and construction, fabrication, metal stamping, and assembly.  The evolution of offerings, impacted by the ever changing needs of our customers and the economic conditions they've faced, has provided Federal with a firm foundation capable of adapting to our current and future demands.

Steven Moyer and David Tomczek purchased Federal from the Beverung family in 2005.  Immediately, they began to apply lean, agile manufacturing concepts.  Working from the base established over a solid 83 years, Dave and Steve have expanded the capabilities and infused the business with sound and advanced business, manufacturing, and quality systems.
